The performance created a sensation among the audience and viewers for its high ideological and artistic plane.

Kim Jae Duk, a department director of the Ministry of Railways, told KCNA:

The performance grasped the hearts of the audience, with the prologue "We Sing of the Party" and a female chorus "Ode to the Motherland".

The songs well show the feats of the great Generalissimos Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il, who devoted all their life to turning the DPRK into a country where its people's ideals are translated into reality, and the Korean people's ardent reverence for the WPK that takes warm care of them while training them to be heroes of the era.

I was deeply touched by light music and serial songs "O Mother Party which Protected My Destiny" as it well represented the people's profound gratitude to the WPK for having built a socialist flower garden with loving care on this land.

Kim Un Suk, a woman living in Phyongsong City, South Phyongan Province, said that the performance made her recall with deep emotion the days when the Party and the people have advanced victoriously in a harmonious whole.

Sok Ran Hui, a teacher of Pyongyang Kim Won Gyun Conservatory, said:

Singers of the Moranbong Band made atmosphere of the performance more cheerful with dance-accompanied songs "Dash toward Future" and "Campfire, Flare Up", displaying charming rhythmic movements.

Instrumentalists of the band showed high artistic quality with passionate ensemble in string quartet "It Is October".

What was impressive was male chorus "Our Future Is Bright" and "Let's Defend Socialism" performed in a fresh and peculiar style by the State Merited Chorus, which well represented the fact that victory and glory are always in store for the DPRK guided by the great party.

Orchestra and male chorus "Peace Is Guaranteed by Our Arms" fully displayed the mettle and dignity of the powerful revolutionary Paektusan army holding fast to the flag of the WPK.
