The members of the delegation went round historic relics preserved with much care at the old home in Mangyongdae, being briefed on the undying revolutionary history of the President and his family in Mangyongdae.

After the visit the head of the delegation said:

I was deeply moved to visit the old home in Mangyongdae where the President was born. Mangyongdae is a time-honored place.

The President is the great leader of the Korean people and a close friend of the Chinese people.

He is always alive in our hearts.

The delegation also visited the Tower of the Juche Idea, International Friendship Exhibition House, West Sea Barrage, etc. and enjoyed a performance given by art group members of the Mangyongdae Schoolchildren's Palace.
