Learning that parents in Hwapho-ri of Phyongsong City were facing difficulties after the nurseries were destroyed by the flood that hit it last August, they worked out a design to build new nurseries where they stood.

Personnel of the provincial people's security bureau and the Phyongsong City people's security station started the project, prompted by the desire to contribute to translating Marshal Kim Jong Un's deep love for children into realities.

Sincere help was given to the builders to finish the construction in a short span of time through the supply of cement, reinforcing rods and timber necessary for the construction.

They helped the builders several times so that the construction was completed in high quality as required by the design.

Thanks to the efforts and help of the people's security personnel modern nurseries of the 5th workteam and 9th workteam of Hwapho-ri sprang up.

Sleeping rooms, play rooms and wash-cum-bath rooms of the nurseries were built to the convenience of children.

They presented bedding, baby carriages, baby walkers and toys to the children of the nurseries, wishing them happiness.
