The statement accused the south Korean puppet Intelligence Service (IS) of resorting to foolish moves to tarnish the image of the DPRK.

It is, indeed, ridiculous for the IS, the most ferocious and hateful one in the world, to talk about "human rights," it noted, and went on:

The IS has been censured by the world people for such evil doings as brutally suppressing the patriotic struggle of people and abducting people in foreign countries.

The evermore undisguised anti-DPRK conspiratorial racket of the IS is aimed to hype the worth of its existence in a bid to calm down the daily growing voices calling for the IS's disbandment, help the puppet regime tide over its ruling crisis, escalate confrontation with the north and thus push the situation on the Korean Peninsula to an extreme phase.

The statement called for immediately disbanding the IS and bringing down the Park Geun Hye fascist regime.
