He, who is also chairman of the Beninese National Committee for the Study of the Juche Idea, made the remarks at the inaugural ceremony of the Beninese National Committee for Remembering General Kim Jong Il held on October 23.

Kim Jong Il steadily enriched the Juche idea through his energetic ideological and theoretical activities which involved all spheres of politics, economy, military affairs and culture, he said, and went on:

Everybody is greatly admired by his works for their philosophical contents and profound contents.

All his works are based on the Juche idea and give perfect answers to all theoretical and practical issues raised by the era and revolution.

I pay highest tribute to Kim Jong Il, a great master of thoughts and theories.
