The editorial denounced Park Geun Hye for keeping mum as ever about the Intelligence Service (IS), military and other institutions' interference in the election.

The situation is getting worse as the days go by, but the chief executive turns her face away from the case, behaving as if she had nothing to do with it. Keeping silence beyond the tolerance limit amounts to an act of evading responsibility.

Not only the people but also conservative forces are becoming increasingly vocal that only the apology from the Park regime and thorough investigation can resolve the IS's case.

Park's attitude of showing no concern over the illegal election was the main cause of the deterioration of public mind-set.

Park should check the pressure from outside to make sure that the truth about the IS's case is properly probed and own a political and legal responsibility for the attempts to cover up the truth about various cases after the election, urged the editorial.
