Present there were Pak Ui Chun, foreign minister, Cha Hui Rim, chairman of the Pyongyang City People's Committee, and Hong Gyu, DPRK ambassador to Mongolia.

A wreath was placed before the cemetery in the name of the Mongolian president.

The participants observed a moment's silence in memory of the anti-Japanese revolutionary fighters who laid down their precious lives in the sacred battles for the liberation of the country, the freedom and happiness of the people and the revolutionary cause of Juche under the wise leadership of President Kim Il Sung and the Workers' Party of Korea.

The Mongolian president and his party laid bouquets before the bust of Kim Jong Suk and observed a moment's silence in memory of the anti-Japanese war hero.

The guests went round the cemetery.
