The letter noted that it was entirely thanks to the deep love and trust of leader Kim Jong Il that the association, the overseas citizens' organization of the dignified socialist homeland of Juche, invariably covered the road of patriotism and loyalty for the past 20 years, convinced that President Kim Il Sung is always with them.

Marshal Kim Jong Un has led to victory only the continued confrontation with the U.S. imperialists and their followers and wisely steered the drive to build a socialist economic power and a highly civilized nation with his matchless rare insight, strong pluck and distinguished political caliber, winning the great admiration of the world people, it said.

It reiterated the will to further develop the association into the overseas citizens' organization of Juche Korea which trusts and follows Kim Jong Un, the most illustrious commander, in any adversity, with the honor and pride of being overseas citizens having him as the supreme leader of the DPRK.
