The family set about livestock raising four years ago with the aim of doing a good thing for the country.

Solving by its own efforts all problems arising in stockbreeding such as provision of piglets, fodder and veterinary medicines, the family has raised dozens of pigs every year. It donated a large quantity of meat to the servicepersons in April last year.

This year the family has built several pigpens to raise more pigs while introducing advanced methods to fat up them.

Jo Sun Ok told KCNA that her family would strive to increase the pork production for servicepersons as well as for the improvement of its livelihood.
