WPK Delegation Leaves to Visit France, Portugal

Pyongyang, November 2 (KCNA) -- A delegation of the Workers' Party of Korea headed by Ri Yong Chol, vice department director of the Central Committee of the WPK, left here on Saturday to visit France and attend the 15th international meeting of the communist parties and workers' parties to be held in Lisbon, Portugal.
