The first set came from Kim Un Hui living in Kusong City, North Phyongan Province on October 1, the second from Ri Su Yon in Phyongsan County, North Hwanghae Province on October 3, the third from Pak Un Bok in Sinhung County, South Hamgyong Province on October 4 and the fourth from Pak Song Bong in Phyongchon District, Pyongyang on October 17.

The fourth is the 436th set of triplets born in the hospital.

The mothers of triplets, taken to the hospital a few months before childbirth, are still put under special medical care.

They are offered nourishing food and tonics in the hospital.

They are undergoing after-childbirth treatment benefiting from the most popular healthcare system provided under the loving care of the Workers' Party of Korea.
