This indicates that the conservative forces are desperately seeking to lay a foundation for their long-term office by eliminating the progressive forces and weakening the forces for democratic reforms and reunification.

We will wage a positive movement against the moves to forcibly disband UPP while paying due attention to the serious development in south Korea.
