The president said Peru is well aware of the achievements made by Koreans, and congratulates them.

Particularly the Koreans' achievements in education, public health and culture are impressing the Peruvian people, he said.

He hoped for expanding the brisk cultural exchanges between the two countries in the future, too, as well as in the past.
