S. Korean Regime's Move to Conclude Military Agreement with Japan Denounced
Pyongyang, November 14 (KCNA) -- The south Korean newspaper Hangyore on Nov. 12 carried an article contributed by Ko Yong Dae, permanent researcher at the institute for peaceful unification studies, denouncing the puppet regime for working hard to conclude a military agreement with Japan.

The article accused the south Korean authorities of contemplating holding vice defense minister-level talks with Japan on Nov. 13 to re-discuss the issue of concluding a military agreement.

The military agreement to be concluded with Japan would help carry out the joint operation with main emphasis on preemptive attack on the north and MD and ensure mutual logistic support and thus back Japan's full exercise of the "right to collective self-defense" and form a triangular military alliance, the article noted.

This means south Korea being a subject to Japan in information, operation, logistics and other fields soon, it added.

Whether the present regime concludes the military agreement with Japan or not will be a touchstone showing whether it has the will to react to Japan's exercise of the "right to collective self-defense" or not, the article stressed.
