The letter said that the organization heard with bitter resentment the news of the south Korean regime's racket to forcibly dissolve the UPP, adding that this once again brought the land of south Korea to the dark era of fascism.

It urged the south Korean regime to stop such repressive racket at once, abolish the fascist "Security Law" and opt for dialogue with the DPRK in the interests of the nation.
