Rodong Sinmun Monday observes this in an article. It goes on:

The spirit of "By our nation itself" is a common ideal of the nation clarified in the north-south declarations and it is a basic spirit that put spurs to the advance of the June 15 era of reunification. No one can deny that the June 15 era of reunification is a new era of national reconciliation and unity, independent reunification, peace and prosperity.

The south Korean puppet group, however, has desperately stoked distrust and confrontation between compatriots contrary to the principle of "By our nation itself" and negated all the achievements made in the inter-Korean relations in the June 15 era of reunification.

It is a betrayal of the principle of "By our nation itself" that the puppet group has worked hard to hurt the idea and the social system of the compatriots, refusing to respect and implement the June 15 joint declaration and the October 4 declaration, cornerstones of independent reunification, peace and prosperity.

It is as clear as pikestaff that the puppet group's utmost distrust, hostility and ceaseless provocations to the north are bound to escalate the inter-Korean confrontation, far from improving the inter-Korean relations.

The puppet group should bear in mind that it is bound to meet the same disgraceful ruin as what Lee Myung Bak group of traitors did if it sticks to the anti-reunification theory quite contrary to the trend of the times and aspiration of fellow countrymen.
