It said that on the same day the Seoul Administration Court accepted the "application for terminating the validity of the outlawed trade union" made by the Teachers Union against the Ministry of Employment and Labor.

It also said that the notice made by the authorities about "the outlawed trade union" was flatly refuted.

It demanded the regime abide by the agreed point of the "labor-management-government committee" which decided to recognize the dismissed as unionists and the minister of Employment and Labor and the minister of Education step down.
