The south Korean regime's fascist suppression of the progressive and democratic forces is a revelation of its sinister scenario to dampen the desire of the south Koreans for democracy, tide over the ever-deepening ruling crisis and realize the ambition for its long-term office.

All facts go to prove that the "yusin" dictatorship the mere mention of which makes the south Korean people tremble with fear is being fully revived. This deplorable situation in south Korea calls upon the people from all walks of life to turn out in a mass struggle against the revival of the "yusin" dictatorship.

The south Koreans have a shining tradition of the struggle for democracy in which they drove the fascist ruling quarters into ruin through heroic resistance, not yielding to injustice and dictatorship. Now is the time for the south Korean people to rise up in the all-people resistance for defending democracy by inheriting the spirit and stamina of the martyrs.

If the fascist repressive moves of the conservative group are not shattered, south Korea will be brought back to the past "yusin" dictatorship and the working masses will suffer from the dictatorial rule.
