Chongryon Condemns Park Geun Hye's Moves to Revive "Yusin" Dictatorship
Pyongyang, November 21 (KCNA) -- The Association of Koreans in Japan for Peaceful Reunification issued a statement on Monday accusing the Park Geun Hye regime of its anachronistic moves for reviving the "yusin" dictatorship.

The statement said that the "yusin" dictatorship that disappeared 30 years ago in south Korea is being revived amid the ruthless crackdown upon the progressive and democratic forces under the pretext of security.

It goes without saying that such situation is resulted from the scheme of the present ruler who claimed entering the political world to "restore her father's honor as politician", it noted.

If Park Geun Hye persistently clings to her foolish moves for reviving the "yusin" dictatorship while swimming against the trend of history, she can not escape from the same miserable fate as what was met by dictator Park Chung-Hee, the statement warned.

It stressed that Koreans in Japan will stand by compatriots in south Korea who are shaking the conservative reactionary forces' rule down to the very foundation and continue advancing to reunify the country independently by the Korean nation itself.

Officials of the General Association of Korean Residents in Japan (Chongryon) including Pak Tong Ho, chairman of the Central Standing Committee of the Union of Korean Students in Japan, and Kim Jong Su, chairman of the Central Standing Committee of the Union of Korean Writers and Artists in Japan, in their statements condemned Park Geun Hye for moving to revive the "yusin" dictatorship.
