The expo held on the subject of "A City of Woodland, A Beautiful Garden" between May 18 and November 18 brought together dozens of countries including the DPRK and many units from various parts of China. It drew more than 6.1 million visitors.

An awarding ceremony was held in the meeting room of the exhibition centre of the organizing committee of the expo on Nov. 19.

A diploma of the special exhibition prize awarded to the flowers was conveyed to the delegation of the Korea Kimilsungia-Kimjongilia Committee.
