Rodong Sinmun Accuses S. Korea of Vociferating about "Adhering to Principle"

Pyongyang, November 23 (KCNA) -- The "theory of adhering to principle" touted by the south Korean puppet regime is a criminal theory for a nuclear war against the north and a vicious theory of confrontation between compatriots as it is pushing the north-south relations to the point of explosion. Rodong Sinmun Saturday says this in an article. It goes on: The principle touted by the puppet group means "building confidence between the south and the north on the basis of reliable deterrence". The "reliable deterrence" is nothing but the "alliance" with the U.S. Their principle to govern the inter-Korean relations means building confidence with fellow countrymen, backed by outside forces. This is nothing but ridiculous remarks provoking a side-splitting laughter. Outsiders want neither to see peace settled on the Korean Peninsula nor to get the inter-Korean relations repaired. It is the sinister intention of outsiders to escalate the confrontation between Koreans and create regional instability in a bid to fish in troubled waters. This being a hard reality, the south Korean puppet authorities are calling for mending the north-south relations on the basis of the "alliance" with the U.S. This is nothing but a revelation of the criminal attempt to stand in confrontation with the north to the last backed by outside forces. What merits a more serious attention is that they are working hard to realize their dangerous scenario for a nuclear war against the north in collusion with the U.S., trumpeting about the "principle of disallowing the north's nukes" and "joint action to cope with nuclear threat". All facts clearly prove that their "theory of adhering to principle" is the worst theory of confrontation and war designed to escalate the confrontation between fellow countrymen and disturb peace on the peninsula. |
