The statement recalled that the south Korean puppet authorities are alluring and abducting inhabitants of the DPRK and letting such human scum as those defectors from the north to kick up a malignant smear campaign against the DPRK.

We cannot but be stunned by the behaviors of the south Korean chief executive and prime minister praising to the sky human scum who ran away to the south after betraying their parents, wives and children and the grateful system that gave birth to, brought up and cured them and provided them with opportunities of learning, and hurling them into the anti-DPRK smear campaign, it noted, and went on:

The world knows no such depraved guys who are alluring and abducing inhabitants and using them as a shock brigade for escalating confrontation with fellow countrymen by squandering money with all ministries and agencies of the regime involved as the south Korean puppet forces.

Such smear campaign suffices to know well what the "confidence" touted by the south Korean chief executive is like, what extent her confrontation hysteria has reached and how wretched her plight is as she has no alternative but to use even human scum.

We strongly demand the south Korean authorities stop at once such smear campaign by the use of defectors from the north, clearly mindful that their anti-DPRK conspiratorial plots will add to their crimes against the nation and history and precipitate their own doom.
