They also confirmed to purchase Global Hawk by spending a huge amount of funds, blustering that they would constantly monitor and spy on all areas and strategic targets in the DPRK.

What should not be overlooked is that the puppet warmongers are increasing the latest war hardware after concluding the "tailored deterrence strategy" with their U.S. master.

Such moves prove that the "improved relations" and "confidence- building" touted by south Korean puppet forces are nothing but nonsense.
