S. Korean Regime Slammed for Escalating Tensions on Korean Peninsula

Pyongyang, November 27 (KCNA) -- There took place a rally for peace against war in Seoul on Nov. 23 under the sponsorship of the People's Action for Peace against War in south Korea. Speakers at the rally said that the authorities are pushing forward the conclusion of a military agreement with Japan and contemplating purchasing new type fighters from the U.S. for a preemptive attack on the DPRK They held what the authorities should do before any other work is to mend the south-north relations. An appeal was read out at the rally. It said that the south Korean regime is becoming evermore undisguised in its moves to form a humiliating triangular military alliance with the U.S. and Japan against the backdrop of the ever-increasing military tension on the peninsula. Accusing the Park Geun Hye regime of pursuing a policy of confrontation with the DPRK together with Japan, the appeal urged the south Korean authorities to stop at once the moves for concluding a military agreement with Japan. |
