The international alliance made a decision on the inauguration of the committee. The decision said that the societies for the study of the Juche idea and Songun idea in East European and Central Asian Regions would organize colorful events including a remembrance meeting and a seminar on the occasion of the 2nd anniversary of demise of Kim Jong Il.

Mikhail Panchenko, general secretary of the international alliance, was elected chairman of the committee, the decision said.
