They included Koksan and Suan counties in North Hwanghae Province, Songwon and Jonchon counties in Jagang Province and Kimhwa County in Kangwon Province.

Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il personally guided the work in Koksan and Suan counties on the spot, clearly indicating the road to be followed by the counties.

Songwon, Jonchon and Kimhwa Counties are associated with the exploits Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il performed by giving devoted and wise guidance to the counties in the work for developing local economy and improving the standard of people's living.

The mosaics reflect the ever-growing ardent yearning and boundless reverence of officials and workers in those counties for the peerlessly great men of Mt. Paektu.

A mosaic was also erected at the Chollima Steel Complex.

A mosaic "The great country" depicting Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il foreseeing the immensely rosy future of the Juche revolution on Mt. Paektu, a sacred mountain of revolution, was erected at Namgang Workers' District in Kangdong County in Pyongyang.
