An official report of the Myanmar party on November 25 said this at the inaugural ceremony of the Myanmar Committee for Remembering H.E. Kim Jong Il.

The report said:

The remembrance committees have been inaugurated in many countries and regions and the Korean people and other progressives of the world hold diverse political and cultural events in humble reverence for Kim Jong Il.

The Myanmar Committee for Remembering H.E. Kim Jong Il was formally inaugurated.

The remembrance committee extends firm support and solidarity to the Korean people in their drive for building a thriving nation and achieving the reunification of the country true to the behests of President Kim Il Sung and H.E. Kim Jong Il under the leadership of H.E. Kim Jong Un.
