On Nov. 28 the Seoul High Court declared 9 men not guilty in a retrial. They had been sentenced to prison terms on charges of the violation of "anti-communist law," etc.

Saying the People's Revolutionary Party had not been proved to be an "organization with the north's programme", the court ruled that there was lack of ground to declare them guilty.

The committee for proving the truth behind the suspected incidents drew a conclusion in 2002 that the above-said case was cooked up by torture. The court also declared the victims of the case not guilty in 2007.

The case was fabricated by traitor Park Chung-Hee in a bid to suppress the patriotic parties, organizations and personages who stood against his military fascist rule and sycophantic and treacherous policies.

The blood-tainted "yusin" fascist and dictatorial rule is being revived by Park Geun Hye, chief executive of south Korea.
