L. Shukolinikov, chairman of the Permanent Committee of the Belarus-DPRK National Friend Association Named after Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il, was elected chairman of the remembrance committee.

The committee decided to organize diverse political and cultural events for introducing immortal revolutionary career and exploits of Kim Jong Il on the occasion of the 2nd anniversary of his demise.
