A decree of the Presidium of the DPRK Supreme People's Assembly was promulgated on Nov. 27.

The huge project of the water park was completed just in nine months thanks to the ardent loyalty of soldier-builders who waged heroic struggle in the death-defying spirit of flattening mountains once Supreme Commander Kim Jong Un issues an order.

According to the decree, the Title of Labor Hero and gold medal (hammer and sickle) and Order of National Flag 1st Class were awarded to Kim Song Gil, Yang Chol Ung and Ryu Hwa Ryol, Kim Il Sung Youth Honor Prize to Kim Yong Su and Kim Jong Il Youth Honor Prize to Hong Hyon Il, Pak Kwang Nam and Kim Chung Hyok.

The Title of Driver of Merit went to two persons, Order of National Flag 1st Class to 18 persons, Order of Labor to 13 persons, Order of National Flag 2nd Class to 18 persons, Commemoration Order of Capital City Construction to 737 persons, Order of National Flag 3rd Class to 120 persons, Distinguished Military Service Medal to 97 persons, Medal of Merit to 9 persons and Commemoration Medal of Capital City Construction to 1 234 persons.
