Riyad Chaloub, chairman of the Guinean National Committee for the Study of the Juche Idea, was elected chairman of the remembrance committee.

The committee decided to organize diverse political and cultural events for praising the noble revolutionary career and immortal exploits of leader Kim Jong Il between November 27 and December 20.
