No sooner had the south Korean puppet group came to power than it worked hard to forcibly disband progressive political parties and organizations including the Unified Progressive Party, the Teachers Union and the Government Employees' Union to gratify its unlimited political greed after branding them as "forces following the north" and "enemy-benefiting forces" just as the "yusin" fascist dictatorial junta did, the statement noted, and continued:

The frantic repressive campaign launched by the group is aimed at diverting elsewhere the public criticism of the despicable interference of power bodies in the election which helped it seize power through intrigues and eliminating all progressive and democratic forces standing in the way of the pro-U.S. unpopular ruling system and its long-term office.

It is as clear as noonday that the gruesome era of fascist dictatorship will return to south Korea unless such shameless and brutal fascist crackdown of the puppet group is frustrated.

All Koreans in China together with all other compatriots at home and abroad will join hands with south Korean people of all social standings in their struggle for social progress, democracy and independent reunification and turn out as one in the sacred struggle to blow up the citadel of "yusin" dictatorship and decisively foil the moves to stamp out the progressive and democratic forces.
