The center is a comprehensive treatment and service base with all facilities including modern medical equipment, rooms for nerve and heart function recovery treatment and all kinds of physical and surgical treatment and sick wards.

Marshal Kim Jong Un who spares nothing for the people personally initiated the building of the modern recovery center and energetically led the whole course of the project.

Guiding a lot of layouts and designs, he worked heart and soul to build the center. When it was completed, he provided sets of equipment and apparatuses necessary for treatment and services ranging from best treatment equipment to buses with special functions. He clarified the issues arising in its management and operation.

True to his intention, soldier-builders have successfully completed the center in a mater of a little over five months.

An inaugural ceremony took place on Friday.

Present there were Pak Pong Ju, Choe Thae Bok, Yang Hyong Sop, Mun Kyong Dok, officials concerned, soldier-builders, officials in the field of public health, employees of the center and other people in the city.
