Present there on invitation were Yang Hyong Sop, vice-president of the Presidium of the Supreme People's Assembly of the DPRK, Cha Hui Rim, chairman of the Pyongyang City People's Committee who doubles as chairman of the Korea-Laos Friendship Association, Kim Sung Du, chairman of the Education Commission, Pak Kun Gwang, vice department director of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, Pak Kil Yon, vice-minister of Foreign Affairs, Kim Jin Bom, vice-chairman of the Korean Committee for Cultural Relations with Foreign Countries, and other officials concerned.
