Anniversary of Kim Jong Il's Demise Commemorated in Various Countries
Pyongyang, December 7 (KCNA) -- Events were held in Bangladesh, Malaysia and Guinea on November 30 on the occasion of the second anniversary of demise of leader Kim Jong Il.

They included a remembrance meeting, lecture, photo and fine art exhibition and film show.

On display in the venues of the events were photos documenting the exploits of President Kim Il Sung, Kim Jong Il and Marshal Kim Jong Un.

Also displayed there were pictures and fine art pieces showing the real picture of the DPRK.

The chairman of the Bangladesh Group for the Study of the Songun Policy and other speakers said that Kim Jong Il developed in depth the Juche idea and Songun idea and wisely led the Korean people in their drive for building a thriving socialist nation and reunifying the country.

The DPRK turned into a nuclear weapons state and a turning phase was brought about in the building of a thriving nation thanks to Songun politics pursued by him, they noted, adding that his life totally dedicated to the country and its people and global independence would always be remembered not only by the Korean people but by progressive humankind.

The manager of the Dombo Enterprise Company of Malaysia recalled that upon hearing the sad news that Kim Jong Il passed away two years ago, hundreds of millions of world people held mourning events with bitterest grief.

The vice-manager of a construction company of Guinea stressed that Kim Jong Il would always be alive along with the invincible Workers' Party of Korea steering the Korean people's general advance for building a thriving nation.
