The Brazilian Committee for Remembering Leader Kim Jong Il in its article titled "Legacy left by leader Kim Jong Il" said:

Kim Jong Il endowed with rare ideological and theoretical wisdom formulated the revolutionary idea of President Kim Il Sung, father of socialist Korea, as an integral system of idea, theory and method of Juche.

He developed in depth the idea of attaching importance to arms and military affairs founded by Kim Il Sung as required by the new era, formulating it as the Songun idea and providing an invincible treasured sword for accomplishing the cause of independence.

He developed the Workers' Party of Korea into an invincible guiding force, the DPRK into an indestructible socialist state and the Korean People's Army into a matchless army.

He turned the whole society into a big family and the whole country into a political and ideological power in which all people are single-mindedly united with his politics of love and trust.

The Nigerian National Committee for the Study of the Juche Idea in its article titled "Kim Jong Il and his exploits dedicated to the cause of socialism" said that it is the greatest exploit performed by him in carrying out the cause of socialism that he protected the destiny of socialism.

The article stressed that the immortal exploits performed by Chairman of the National Defence Commission of the DPRK Kim Jong Il in carrying out the cause of socialism are now being successfully carried forward by Marshal Kim Jong Un.
