This document is irrefutable evidence proving that the massacre of Koreans was committed in an organized way with the direct involvement of the Japanese government, Rodong Sinmun Monday says in a commentary.

It goes on:

There are many natural disasters recorded in the history. But history has never seen such criminals as the Japanese government authorities who planned to annihilate other nationals to calm down the people's anti-government sentiment caused by natural disaster and brutally committed man-killing.

Massacre of Koreans in Japan during the great Kanto quake shows that the Japanese imperialists are fascist hangmen obsessed with inveterate bitterness to human beings, chauvinism and brutality, murderers regarding man-killing as amusement and sworn enemy of the Korean people.

The Japanese authorities deny the truth and do not reflect on the past but evade an apology and reparation for it even after the lapse of 90 years since then.

The Japanese reactionaries should know that the more despicably they try to deny the past crimes and evade the responsibility for them, the bigger their crimes will be.

They should frankly admit the past crimes and make an apology and thorough-going reparation for them.

They should bear in mind that they will fall into bottomless quagmire in case they fail to do so.
