He is boundlessly revered by the Korean people and progressive humankind for his exploits.

D. Narantuya, member of the Leadership Council of the Mongolian Mt. Paektu Association for Independent Development, and other speakers said that the demise of Kim Jong Il was the greatest loss to the human cause of independence. The exploits he performed by developing the Juche idea, Songun idea founded by President Kim Il Sung and establishing a Juche-oriented socialist power by embodying it will shine for all ages, they added.

A vice-manager of the Syrian paper lauded the Songun leadership feats of Kim Jong Il, adding:

Kim Jong Il's was the life of the great benevolent father of the people who dedicated his all to the country and its people.

He was a great man who performed undying exploits for the global cause of independence and a close friend of the Arabs.
