Koreans in Russia Praise Kim Jong Il's Exploits
Pyongyang, December 14 (KCNA) -- The United Confederation of Koreans in Maritime Territory of Russia held a remembrance meeting in the DPRK consulate general in Nakhodka on Wednesday to mark the second anniversary of demise of General Secretary Kim Jong Il.

On display in the venue of the meeting were photos documenting immortal exploits of Kim Jong Il and Marshal Kim Jong Un who devoted themselves to bolstering up the defense capabilities and improving the people's standard of living.

Displayed there were photos of the service personnel and people of the DPRK paying last respects to late Kim Jong Il in bitter grief.

Also on display there were famous works of President Kim Il Sung, Kim Jong Il and Kim Jong Un and books dealing with the undying revolutionary exploits of the peerlessly great men of Mt. Paektu.

Present at the meeting were Kim Kyong Ryol, vice-chairman of the Central Association of Korean Nationals in Russia, officials of the Koreans' organizations in Nakhodka, Partizansk and Ussuriysk cities and compatriots of social standings and the consul general and staff members of the DPRK consulate general.

The participants laid floral baskets and bouquets before a full-length picture of Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il standing on Mt. Paektu and paid tribute to them in humble reverence.

They watched a video "Korea Tells with Bitter Tears".
