In female solo and chorus "We Yearn for You", reminiscences reading and male chorus "The General Is the Son of the Guerrillas", narration and song "Boundless Is Our Yearning" the performers vividly showed boundless reverence of the young vanguard across the country for Kim Jong Il, who brought up the Korean youth into reliable political reserves of the party and successors to revolution.

The speech of Kye Song Hui, a section chief of the C.C., the Kim Il Sung Socialist Youth League, struck a chord with the participants. She praised Kim Jong Il for developing the youth league into the vanguard organization shining with the august name of the sun.

Kim Sin Il and Kim Sin Hyok, students of Kim Il Sung University who were honored with the audience of Kim Jong Il and received the great loving care and trust from him, and Jon Ju Ok, student of Pyongyang University of Dramatic and Cinematic Arts, told about the stories that he took warm care of the youth and brought to bloom their hope and talents.

Put on the stage were such numbers as story-telling and song "Thanks to the Fatherly General", female duet and panchang "Attraction and Reverence", male solo and panchang "Ode to the Motherland" and poems and choruses "We Know You Only" and "We Will Defend General Kim Jong Un at the Cost of Our Lives".

Attending the meeting were Ri Yong Su, department director of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, officials concerned, officials of the youth league and youth and students in Pyongyang.
