Ecuadorian President Hopes for Closer Friendship with DPRK

| Pyongyang, December 16 (KCNA) -- Rafael Correa, president of Ecuador, met Jon Yong Nam, chairman of the Central Committee of Kim Il Sung Socialist Youth League, at the presidential palace on Dec. 12. Jon is leading the DPRK delegation of youth and students to the 18th World Festival of Youth and Students. The president said that the DPRK delegation's participation in the festival greatly inspired the Ecuadorian people in their struggle against imperialism, wishing the bilateral friendly relations would grow stronger. |
