The bulletin carried an article illustrated with a portrait of smiling Kim Jong Il and his photo. The article said:

Kim Jong Il was born into a revolutionary family and made undying contributions to the revolutionary cause of Juche and the global cause of independence all his life. He will always be alive in the hearts of mankind.

He developed in depth the Juche idea founded by President Kim Il Sung and provided a firm foundation and guarantee for building a thriving socialist nation and achieving the cause of national reunification by pursuing unique Songun politics.

The Peruvian women, progressive political parties and organizations will always remember the august names and exploits of Kim Il Sung, Kim Jong Il and Kim Jong Suk, great persons of Mt. Paektu.

We pay high tribute to them.

The human cause of independence is sure to win thanks to the noble revolutionary legacy provided by Kim Jong Il, eternal general secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea and eternal chairman of the National Defence Commission of the DPRK.
