He said in his message that he, together with Kim Jong Un and the Korean people, praised the feats performed by Kim Jong Il, the eternal leader of the Korean people, for them and the world people, and his whole life on the occasion of the second anniversary of his demise.

The message noted that Kim Jong Il led the DPRK to achieve the great political, economic and social development in his shining lifetime of devotion.

His feats would be immortal, it said.

It paid highest tribute to Kim Jong Un.
