Foreign Media Commemorate Anniversary of Kim Jong Il's Demise
Pyongyang, December 21 (KCNA) -- Foreign media carried special write-ups from December 1 to 16 to commemorate the second anniversary of demise of leader Kim Jong Il.

The Zimbabwean newspaper Herald carried the following article illustrated with the portrait of smiling President Kim Il Sung and photos documenting the revolutionary activities of Kim Jong Il and Marshal Kim Jong Un:

December 17 marks the second anniversary of demise of Kim Jong Il, great father of the Korean people.

Despite the great loss to the nation the Korean people turned out as one with the steadfast faith and sense of moral obligation to uphold Kim Jong Il forever and glorify his exploits down through generations under the guidance of Kim Jong Un.

Nothing in the world can block the party, army and people of the DPRK advancing under the leadership of Kim Jong Un.

The Ugandan paper Sun Rise carried several articles including "Chairman of the National Defence Commission Kim Jong Il who Took Warm Care of All People" with a portrait of his smiling image.

The Bulgarian paper Novo Rabotnichesko Delo carried an article together with the photo of Kim Jong Il and Kim Jong Un. It said that the DPRK could firmly defend socialism thanks to the Songun politics pursued by Kim Jong Il.

The All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks of Russia and its Siberia and Far East Bureau posted on their internet websites articles praising the revolutionary career and exploits of Kim Jong Il together with his photo.
