Mammoth Candlelight Rally Held in Seoul
Pyongyang, December 21 (KCNA) -- People from all walks of life in south Korea held a candlelight rally in Seoul Plaza Thursday on the lapse of one year since the fraudulent election staged by puppet regime with government power involved.

Attending it were labor movement organizations now on an all-out strike in protest against the regime's privatization of railway service, civic and social organizations, religionists, lawmakers from opposition parties, students of high schools and others, more than 30,000 in all.

Speakers there accused the present chief executive of working hard to privatize the railway service and even the field of health care after seizing power through election rigging.

People from all walks of life are urging Park Geun Hye to step down, declaring they do not need such chief executive as Park, they noted, adding:

There will be neither happiness of the people nor peace unless Park is forced to step down.

Candlelight actions will go on till the truth behind the illegal election is probed and those who masterminded it punished.

Noting they will check the regime's privatization and positively cope with the deterioration of the people's living and suppression of the labor movement, they called on all people to turn out in actions, giving vent to their pent-up resentment at the suppression by power and capital.
