The statement said that when it was disclosed that power bodies including the Intelligence Service illegally interfered in the "presidential election", south Koreans demanded the punishment of those responsible for it and an apology of Park Geun Hye. However, Park Geun Hye regime covered the truth behind the case and hindered investigation into it, the statement said, and went on:

Arrogant and self-righteous practices of rendering ineffective the investigation of the prosecution and disregarding "National Assembly" are rampant under the Park Geun Hye regime.

The statement strongly demanded the disbandment of the IS, arrest of Lee Myung Bak who took control of all the power organs at that time and resignation of illegally elected Park Geun Hye.
