Present at the ceremonies were officials of local party and power organs and working people's organizations, service personnel of the Korean People's Army (KPA) and the Korean People's Internal Security Forces (KPISF), people of all social strata, school youth and children.

Floral baskets and bouquets were placed before the statues of Kim Jong Suk in the name of local party and power organs and working people's organizations, units of the KPA and the KPISF, industrial establishments, farms and schools.

Participants paid high tribute to Kim Jong Suk who, with loyalty to President Kim Il Sung, devoted her all to the liberation and prosperity of the country and happiness of the people, and opened a bright future of the revolutionary cause of Juche.
