The reporters and speakers said holding Kim Jong Un in high esteem as supreme commander of the KPA marked a noteworthy event as it provided a sure guarantee for successfully carrying forward the Songun revolutionary cause of Juche and represented the greatest fortune and honor for all service personnel and people of the DPRK.

Kim Jong Un has carried forward Generalissimos Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il's idea and theory of army building, ushering in a great heyday of bolstering up the revolutionary armed forces with his brilliant wisdom and rare commanding art, they said, adding:

Thanks to the leadership of Kim Jong Un, the Generalissimos' idea of army building and feats performed in it are shining with brilliance and the sacred Songun revolutionary history of Kim Jong Il is given steady continuity on this land.

Under the leadership of Kim Jong Un who has defended the country, revolution and socialism with his matchless pluck, the army and the people of the DPRK have achieved one victory after another in confrontation with the U.S. and stepped up the building of a thriving nation.

They underscored the need to wage more dynamic general advance for building an economic power and improving the people's living standard by embodying Kim Jong Il's patriotism and wage a positive drive to build the best country and a highly civilized socialist power on this land, true to the grand plan of Kim Jong Un.

They called upon all of them to get united closer around Kim Jong Un and contribute to successfully carrying forward the revolutionary cause of Juche, Songun revolutionary cause started in Mt. Paektu.
