More than 10 000 media in the world including the Chinese People's Daily, ITAR-TASS, the Cuban paper Granma, Al Jazeera Satellite TV Broadcasting Service of Qatar reported the full text or gist of his New Year Address together with his portrait and photos showing his revolutionary activities.

Political parties, organizations and international and regional bodies carried it in their bulletins or posted it on their websites.

They included the All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks of Russia, Communist Party of Brazil, British Association for the Study of Songun Politics, Society for the Promotion of Relations Between Austria and DPRK, Peruvian-Korean Institute of Culture and Friendship and the International Alliance of Societies for the Study of the Juche Idea and Songun Policy in East European and Central Asian Regions.

Kim Jong Un also authored such works as "The Great Kim Il Sung Is the Eternal Leader of Our Party and People" and "Let Us Brilliantly Accomplish the Revolutionary Cause of Juche, Holding Kim Jong Il in High Esteem as the Eternal General Secretary of Our Party".

Political Parties, organizations and institutions in various countries including the New Communist Party of Britain, the Sweden-Korea Friendship Association, the Mongolian Institute for Strategic Studies and the Nigerian National Committee for the Study of the Juche Idea published them in pamphlet with due ceremonies.
