S. Korean Puppet Regime's Crackdown on Trade Union under Fire
Pyongyang, December 28 (KCNA) -- South Koreans of various circles strongly protested the police's brutal acts of storming and playing havoc with the offices of the Confederation of Trade Unions.

Teachers' organizations including the Trade Union of Professors held a press conference in Seoul on Tuesday denouncing the present regime for answering the demand of workers with suppression.

They stressed that the Park Geun Hye's regime has to step down as it persists in the oppressive rule.

The Council of Christian Churches released a commentary on the same day, pointing at the police's repressive racket and urging the ruling forces to recollect why all the plans of the regime cause social conflicts.

The commentary said that the authorities should not create social crisis over the issue of privatization any longer but give up the plan.

Earlier to this, the Federation of Trade Unions of south Korea held an emergency meeting on Monday at which it held the police's repressive acts clearly showed the present regime's approach to the labor movement.

The organization declared that it would not hold any dialogue with the regime until it makes an apology and punishes those responsible.
